The location near the beach was incredible. The breakfast had lots of selection, the food was fabulous. All of the staff were great, amicable.

Everything was great, had a very comfortable stay during our visit. The location was incredible, and we could reach Bagno Maurizio by walking.

Their rooms are always big and beautiful with thoughtful touches as well as eclectic decor. Best and amiable people are working there.

Everyone who works in the hotel is helpful and friendly. The location is marvellous and unbeatable, close to centre. Also, it is short walk to the main promenade, the marina, beach, restaurants and town shops, and often in the bar;)))

I was given big size and fancy room with eclectic decor. I had breakfast in the patio and everything was fresh. The location for Viareggio was perfect, adjacent to The beach.

Francesco, our amazing host, went above and beyond to provide us with true Italian hospitality. His local tips allowed us to explore authentic Italian beauty and uncover hidden gems. We can't thank him enough for making our stay unforgettable. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an extraordinary experience.

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely B&B. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm welcome and given great local tips by Francesco, the host. The apartment was clean, tidy, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities we needed. The bed was huge and comfortable, and the shower was powerful. The location was perfect, just a minute's walk from the seafront promenade with its shops and restaurants. We also appreciated the use of bicycles, which allowed us to explore the area even more. The breakfast, although basic, was served on a charming terrace. we had an amazing experience and would definitely recommend this place.
